Marxian Economics As If Ecology Mattered

Unfortunately, most Marxist economists have been late to the party of connecting political economy to ecology. Fortunately, John Bellamy Foster is not one of them. He is one of the few who has been active for many years, bringing biophysical nature into dialectical interaction with the political economy. We must consider this, because any socialist revolution will be taking place with the raw material of an ecological disaster.
