We’re All Equal at Christmas – But Some of Us are More Equal Than Others

Living in your car or RV in a parking lot is not the best way to spend Christmas. But for thousands in wealthy Santa Barbara CA, it’s a way of life. Many of these people work – as nursing assistants, fruit pickers, waiters, in retail and at other low-paying jobs. Many are on disability and collecting Social Security. How would you like to decorate your Christmas tree in the front seat of your car?
