Crisis in Capitalism: BRICS Is Sputtering

At some point it was thought that the countries in capitalism’s semi-periphery – Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa – might cooperate and work towards weakening the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. But as this article points out, economic nationalism there, together with the problems created by finance capital, seem to be undermining their cooperation.
