Why is the Ruling Class Putting up with the Idiot-King?

Are the ruling classes incapable of ruling any longer? The Council of Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission, The National Association of Business Manufacturers and The Business Round Table are among the ruling classes of the United States. They have had power long before the Idiot King arrived on the scene and they will have power long after he is gone. My question in this article is why have they put up with the Idiot King for well over two years.
