Why Are No U.S. Citizens or Firms Named in Panama Papers?

According to economist Michael Hudson, those industries being caught in the Panama Papers are the oil, gas and mineral industries. But the people named do not come from the United States. Why? According to Hudson it is because the government laws are so weak the U.S. capitalists don’t have go abroad. Where do they go? Nevada, Wyoming and South Dakota are the “new Switzerland of tax evasion.”
