Overcoming Capitalist Divide-and-Conquer Strategies Requires Healing Rifts Among Union Members

It is tempting for union stewards to dismiss those who are in unions, but are more individualist, as “scabs” or the bosses’ “ass kissers”. But this article from a union steward shows three examples in which stretching behind his comfort zone paid off. Sometimes those who are more conservative turn out to be stronger members than those who are already sold on the union.
