Labor Exchange Without Markets in Flint

Here are some typical conditions under which capitalist relations will be undermined. Since its not so immediately profitable for either the state or the capitalists to invest in the infrastructure of society, this infrastructure is falling apart. In this case, 300 plumbers stepped in to help to install water filters for the people of Flint – free of charge.

Now the next step would be to figure out how the people of Flint could feed forward the plumbers’ actions by producing goods and services. This is how many revolutions in the past have begun. How well the filters work is not as important as recognizing the communist spirit of the offer. It’s all rehearsal for us taking over!
