Any constituent assembly that keeps the existing institutions as guides is bound to fall. A general strike is needed that dismantles these decadent, bourgeois institutions and replaces them with worker self-activity. It’s only the coordinated efforts of workers who will be able to write a new constitution. The beauty of this article is that it also specifies how these new activities by workers will be paid.
