Are General Strikes Possible in the Empire?

Since the 2017 inauguration, every weekend there have been protests against the Trump administration. This article proposes that it might be possible to have a general strike to paralyze the United States. While we would be euphoric if this happened, we think that is not a possibility on a national level. European countries, which are much smaller with far better organized parties and unions, have had difficulty doing this. What might be more achievable is to coordinate a general strike in major cities across the country. A strike on International Women’s Day and on May Day are ripe opportunities.
