Even Amazon and Google Cannot Escape The Tendency of The Rate of Profit To Fall

There are innovations that Amazon and Google have brought to humanity that are good, such as Amazon’s shipping department and Google’s search engines. But because each is a capitalist institution these gains are undermined by the terrible ways in which they treat workers. More importantly, the long term tendency of the rate of profit to fall is something that even near monopolies can’t escape.
