Locked and Loaded: Why North Korean People Support Nuclear Arms

Most Americans think that conflicts with North Korea have to do with the authoritarian, pathological personality of its leader. What they don’t understand is that given the history of how the US has treated North Korea, its people are hardly going to give up their right to nuclear weapons, at least as a deterrent against mass slaughter and devastation.
