Participatory Economics: Coops Need to Plan Better Consumer Outreach

Unfortunately, when most of us think about worker cooperatives we think of bakeries or grocery stores where upper middle class people go to shop. This article contends not only that coops are too small and the industries served are too narrow, but says that there is a plan to change that.
