National Strike Across France Continues: Draws Half a Million

The situation in France shows the extent to which some populations will not put up with capitalists turning the work week back to 19th century conditions. Some good things about this strike are that it has gone on for days, it involves a cross-section of the population and it is occurring in many cities across the country.
