German Social Democrats Plotting Right-Wing Coalition Government Behind Closed Doors

With Germany, former linchpin of the European Union, slipping increasingly into economic trouble, German elites are struggling mightily to hold onto their wealth by any means possible. In the process they are recruiting the SPD, once a Marxist party, to participate in a coalition government  The prominence of right-wing topics in their discussions include foreign and military power, austerity and welfare cuts, police and surveillance.

Bruce Lerro has taught for 25 years as an adjunct college professor of psychology at Golden Gate University, Dominican University and Diablo Valley College.
