Decision-Making During and After the Revolution: Sociocracy

These two short videos show how people in intentional communities make decisions.It deals with the typical decision-making processes – how to maximize participation and be efficient at the same time. It may seem like a long way from a revolutionary situation, but when we gradually acquire power we will always have to decide what to produce, how to produce, who is going to do what, what type of compensation is offered and how we measure results. The first video explains the theory and the second (the Lost Valley video) applies it.
