Capitalist Disaster Mismanagement Goes Back 80 years

For those of us who want to say that the mismanagement of the current hurricanes has relatively recent capitalist roots, it’s tempting to blame the market fundamentalism of the last 35 years. But this article shows us that capitalists and the state made bad decisions all the way back to the post-depression era.
